Career: Graduated from Sheffield University in 1994 and joined TEP working for 6 years on a wide range of landscape design and planning projects before relocating to London.  Over the next 10 years gained further experience in the private and public sectors, in the residential, education, commercial and power industry markets.  Returned to TEP in 2013 with particular responsibility for business development in London and the south east.

Project Highlights: Researching and restoring Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden, assisting National Grid obtain the Development Consent Order for the Richborough Connection, planning One Galleons (a highly sustainable residential scheme based on the One Planet Living principles) and creating a special setting for new homes at Great Kneighton in Cambridge.

Inspiration: David Scott, founding partner of TEP; mentor and friend since 1994.
