TEP was first recognised as an Investor in People in late 2002. In 2011, we passed our fourth audit and were delighted to be awarded with the IIP Gold Standard. We firmly believe the business maxim of Charles Dunstone: “if you have good people, you’ll have a good business”. To this end, all of our colleagues are fully supported in their own professional development and all are encouraged to play an active part in the way TEP is run.
