Lane End Residential Masterplan
TEP was commissioned by Redrow Homes to prepare a masterplan for the former Lane End brickworks site in Buckley, Flintshire. An innovative approach was required in order to maximise the development potential of the site, whilst securing the long-term future of areas of ecological, historical and geological interest.
The masterplan formed part of the outline planning application submitted to Flintshire County Council and was accompanied by a design statement.
An extensive programme of consultation was undertaken at this outline stage. TEP produced an information leaflet and a range of display boards for a public information event and exhibition.
