TEP has an extensive track record in the preparation of sustainable Masterplans and Development Frameworks for mixed use, residential, leisure and business developments. Our diverse portfolio of projects includes new settlements, urban and rural regeneration schemes, neighbourhood centres and major open spaces, on both greenfield and brownfield sites.
The team is used to working closely with in-house and other professions to produce deliverable but innovative solutions, which address complex physical, cultural, historical and ecological issues. TEP uses a range of high quality presentation and computer graphic techniques to illustrate proposals for public consultations and planning submissions.
