Urban design is the process by which the physical setting of cities, towns and villages is shaped so that a sense of order, place, continuity, richness of experience and belonging can exist. TEP’s Design Team is committed to the art of making places, assisting clients in creating desirable, high quality and sustainable environments in which to live, work and play.
TEP has considerable experience in the establishment of frameworks and processes to help facilitate successful development, such as the preparation of spatial masterplans, public realm strategies, design guides and development briefs. The team also specialises in the design of spaces and landscapes within the public realm, realising visions for places through detailed design proposals.
