Eco-homes and Breeam Services
Since 2006, most new residential, commercial and educational projects funded by Government have to meet “Very Good” standards of sustainable construction, defined by Building Research Establishment (BRE). TEP’s ecologists are qualified to carry out the Biodiversity and Land Use assessments and advise developers on ways of maximising Eco-Credits. TEP works for Countryside and Redrow Homes as well as numerous Housing Associations and their architects. Over the past year we have carried out 20 EcoHomes assessments in Merseyside and Manchester areas.
