Public Inquiries
TEP represents developers and local planning authorities in relation to ecology issues examined at Public Inquiry. In the past five years we have prepared evidence for ten planning appeals, with a 90% success rate.
Meticulous survey, coupled with careful analysis of policy and close liaison with other professional disciplines is needed, coupled with the ability to work with advocates and advise on legal agreements insofar as they affect ecology.
