The Colomendy Centre for Outdoor Education is an education and outdoor pursuits complex, owned and managed by Liverpool City Council which is improving and upgrading the facilities.
TEP was commissioned to carry out ecological impact assessment including habitat and protected species surveys. This has led to the design of a comprehensive multi species and habitat protection/mitigation scheme. In addition TEP has provided support in the submission of several planning applications at the site including the co-ordination of an Environmental Statement.
Following detailed consultation with many stakeholders all planning applications have been approved and TEP has assisted in the discharge of planning conditions and securing licences for protected species.
