Environmental Planning Services

Environmental planning is at the heart of TEP's services. TEP advises on the feasibility of projects and examines site and project design options against environmental factors. We act as specialist environmental planning advisors in seeking planning permission and other consents.

TEP particularly specialises in undertaking landscape and visual assessment together with ecological and arboricultural assessment. We regularly co-ordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and produce Environmental Statements (ES) or reports and recent assessments have included proposals for roads; overhead lines; power stations; pipelines; and residential and mixed use developments.

We have also developed expertise in undertaking strategic environmental assessment (SEA) and sustainability appraisal (SA).
