The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Estate Team is responsible for the management of approximately 8, 500 hectares of land.
As HCA's term landscape consultants, TEP produced The Green Estate Management Best Practice Guidance to inform land managers about sustainable landscape practices and ensure the management of HCA’s Green Estate is an exemplar to government organisations and departments. This information is now embedded in HCA's landscape management contract documents.
In 2009, the Green Estate Management Best Practice Guidance received an award from the Landscape Institute for Landscape Management.
