TEP is delighted to announce a series of appointments and promotions as it seeks to develop new opportunities in its growing Urban Design business.
Chartered Town Planner Rory Davis joins TEP as a Senior Urban Designer following positions at AECOM and Turley. The team’s graphical offer has been supported by the appointment of Stephen O’Gorman who joins as a 3D Visualiser from Ryder Landscape Architects and Madeline Bayon a recent graduate in Landscape Architecture from Leeds Beckett University.
TEP’s Urban Design and Masterplanning specialists Narada Haralambous, Charlotte Hayden, Steven McCoy and Tim Johns have also recently been promoted to Associate level, rounding off a year of strong growth in the Urban Design and Masterplanning team. This complements other recent appointments to the firm’s planning service.

We have sought to reward success by promoting experienced colleagues and are proud to appoint new members of the TEP family to encourage future growth.”
The team recently secured approval for new homes at Rudgate Park, Thorp Arch in Wetherby on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency and is now working on the scheme’s second phase. TEP has also recently submitted residential masterplans for a number of sites, including at Cottenham, Cambridgeshire and Heather, Leicestershire and has delivered a landscape strategy for the Manydown Urban Extension in Basingstoke.
