On behalf of the London Borough of Brent, TEP is working with Pollard Thomas Edwards on the redevelopment of 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys and 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall as part of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme Phase 4. The site forms part of the South Kilburn masterplan and will deliver a mix of new high quality homes, communal gardens and tree lined streets.
The South Kilburn estate is owned by the London Borough of Brent who in association with the community and other partners have produced a masterplan for its development. A number of award winning schemes have already been delivered within the masterplan and this new site provides an exciting opportunity.
The new communal gardens will be designed in collaboration with local residents through a series of workshops to create spaces which provide attractive, useable gardens with opportunities for play. The design will also explore opportunities for ecological features such as bird boxes, insect hotel and bird baths as well as a range of planting that could include growing herbs, vegetables and fruit.
