The Land Trust Partnership

The Land Trust is pleased to be working in partnership with TEP to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for land.  The Land Trust provides a range of cost effective, sustainable and secure management solutions for public open space and green infrastructure – everything from small ecology parks to large remediation projects.

Continued ownership of non-operational assets can mean a range of clear and hidden costs for land owners, including resources spent on operational management, the risk of negative reputational impacts and damage to adjacent sites or asset values.  In short, inactive land can be a costly and unproductive liability for any organisation.

Working together, TEP and the Land Trust are expertly placed to develop a bespoke, long-term solution for any public open space, a solution which benefits your organisation, the environment and the community for generations to come.

The Land Trust is an independent Charitable Trust with a strong commercial focus and influential partners, members and trustees.
