Principal Ecologist
Liz is a Principal Ecologist at TEP and manages the Ecology team. Liz started at TEP in 2004, following several years in research. She specialises in ecological impact assessment and protected species mitigation and has a thorough knowledge of the application of wildlife legislation in the planning system.
Along with Rachel Hayward, Liz co-ordinates the Ecology Team. She leads on a range of multi-disciplinary projects including large-scale infrastructure works, neighbourhood regeneration initiatives and urban extension proposals. She has overseen a number of frameworks where TEP provide ecology advice for councils, housing associations, NGOs and other public bodies.
Out of work Liz enjoys walking and horse riding but most of her free time is currently taken-up with DIY.
