Career: Left Edinburgh Uni in ‘83 to be a forester in Scotland, then to Afghan border with TEARFund to do community woodlots (see pic). Home to be an ecologist, first with Gillespies, then Merseyside Councils. Co-founded TEP in ’97.

Best Project: I’m hugely proud that TEP has helped the environmental and built regeneration of the Northwest - working with clients and colleagues with great personalities, vision and passion.
