Ian Grimshaw is a founding Partner of TEP, a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Landscape Architect with wide experience in environmental planning, environmental assessment and land stewardship.
Ian is responsible for much of the strategic direction of the business and in particular for the Environmental Planning and Design team’s work portfolios.
Environmental impact assessment has formed a large part of Ian’s work experience and he has worked throughout the UK, the Isle of Man and also in Australia. He is experienced in masterplanning and design of projects including leisure, residential and mixed-use schemes.
Away from the office Ian can be found watching rugby league and coaching a junior rugby league team.
