TEP is directed by three partners who are multi disciplinary environmental professionals with qualifications and wide experience in town planning, landscape architecture, leisure and amenity management, ecology and forestry.

TEP is a multi-disciplinary environmental planning consultancy employing over 50 permanent professional and technical staff with a broad base of skills and experience. Our staff include Chartered Landscape Architects and Landscape Managers, Environmental Planners, Arboriculturalists, Ecologists and GIS and technical specialists as well as those involved in the day to day running of the business. TEP also has a strong network of freelance staff and subconsultants with specialist skills who can be drawn on to supplement projects as required.
