Cooil Road, Isle Of Man
TEP was commissioned by the Isle of Man Department of Local Government and the Environment (DoLGE) to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in support of a Development Order for a proposed 19.8 hectare mixed use industrial, business park and car showroom development at Cooil Road, Braddan, Isle of Man.
In accordance with the requirements of the EIA Regulations, the potentially significant impacts of the proposed development on the surrounding environment were identified through consultation with DoLGE and other statutory organisations.
TEP coordinated a full Environmental Statement detailing the anticipated impacts of the proposed development on landscape and views, ecology, cultural heritage, transport, traffic air quality and traffic noise and vibration.
