TEP is experienced in undertaking landscape and visual impact assessment based on the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Assessment (2002)*.
TEP also carries out Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) at a Borough or County level identifying the unique qualities and features of an area which contribute to local distinctiveness. Our LCA work is used as the evidence base for Local Development Frameworks, both to improve the design quality of new development and to promote good countryside management.
