TEP was commissioned to carry out a Townscape and Visual Appraisal of the redevelopment of the Leicester Tigers rugby stadium. We also undertook ecological surveys and an Arboricultural Implication Assessment.
The proposed scheme included the demolition of the existing stadium and the rebuilding of a larger contemporary structure together with a new hotel and extension to the Leicester College campus.
TEP produced a detailed study which assessed the likely effects of the new development on views and the character of the surrounding Leicester townscape. The study formed part of a suite of information produced in connection with the planning submission for the development.
