David Scott co-founded TEP after 10 years as a partner with Gillespies and seventeen years as Chief Landscape Architect/Manager for Warrington and Runcorn Development Corporation. David retired as a partner of TEP in June 2006 and now works as a consultant to the practice.
In recent years David has mainly been involved in the preparation of masterplans for new settlements and landscapes, business and retail parks, major parks and amenity open spaces, land restoration, community forest projects and landscape implementation contracts. He sits on the board of the Mersey Forest Company Ltd and Community Forests North West.
In his leisure time David enjoys gardening, walking in the countryside, and watching premiership football with Bolton Wanderers.
