TEP was commissioned to provide arboricultural services in support of a planning application for re-development of the grounds around a Grade II listed building. A pre-planning arboricultural implication assessment was undertaken to guide the architects in the preparation of the proposed layout. The arboricultural implication report highlighted key issues that the layout proposal should take into account, with regard to existing trees. The site was host to a wide variety of mature trees, including individuals of veteran status. The arboricultural information, along with a Tree and Landscape Management plan, was submitted to the LPA to support the planning application and prepared for inclusion within the Environmental Statement.
