TEP is delighted to have been appointed on the NEPO212 Construction and Engineering Consultancy Framework under Lot 14 for Planning Services. The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) undertakes high-value procurement in major strategic areas of spend in conjunction with North East local authorities and a range of associate members. The framework can also be used by Government agencies and bodies, the NHS and emergency services, educational establishments, registered social landlords and registered charities. This Framework is in place for a 48 month period and TEP is looking forward to tendering for planning opportunities over the coming months.
TEP has also been awarded a position on the national ESPO 664-17 Consultancy Services Framework under Lot 8b – Environmental and Sustainability and Lot 8f – Planning, Valuation and Infrastructure. TEP is looking forward to tendering for planning, masterplanning Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), ecology, landscape and visual assessment, and landscape management services during the 2 year framework period.
TEP’s appointment on this national Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework, builds on its success as a supplier to the ESPO 2700-15 Estates Management Consultancy Services Framework, for which it has been providing planning and masterplanning services since early 2015. This Framework primarily covers the Eastern Shires of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire and will continue until early 2019. Through this Framework TEP has supported County and District Councils in developing proposals for housing and mixed-use sites, from the preparation of initial feasibility studies, to masterplan optioneering, statutory and community consultation, and the coordination and submission of planning applications.
