Approval for 200 new homes at Barton Park, Oxford

The Environment Partnership_Barton Park Oxford

Oxford City Council has granted permission for 207 new homes at Barton Park, located towards the north eastern edge of the city. TEP is part of Redrow’s design team and has prepared detailed landscape design proposals for the residential streets. Many of┬áthese are shared surface spaces, five pocket parks and other structural landscaping.

We worked closely with both CZWG architects and PBA, and through an extensive period of negotiation and consultation with the local authority, county highways and the local community, we have designed a scheme that will create green streets and spaces, facilitate activity and play and encourage food growing and social cohesion.
