Homes and Communities Agency Site Security

TEP is appointed by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to investigate civil offences such as persistent trespass, illegal motorcycling, unauthorised grazing and fly tipping.  Effective and targeted surveillance, using experienced officers with video recording equipment, has helped to deter and manage incidences of anti-social behaviour.

TEP has implemented a range of boundary treatments and gate designs to prevent unauthorised access.  In urban situations creative use of ground-levels, obstacles and fencing can prevent ingress while adding quality to the urban environment.

Justice Support is provided by Uniqwin UK Ltd who provide TEP with Traveller Liasion officers and detective services.  Uniqwin is a member of the Ex-Police in Industry and Commerce (EPIC) scheme.
