Every year TEP is proud to help people take their first steps or to continue with their career as an ecologist. For many, it starts at our Ecology Selection Day where we provide details of the role of an ecologist and showcase some of the exciting and award-winning projects we work on throughout the UK. Candidates get the chance to meet our 40-strong team of botanists, zoologists and ecological experts and learn about how their careers have progressed at TEP, giving an insight into what it is like working for an environmental consultancy.
Hosted by experienced ecologists Lee Greenhough and Kerry Stead, the Ecology Selection Day will be held online on Friday 29th January 2021. Following the event, TEP will select successful candidates to work with us during the spring and summer months (our busiest time of the year).
