We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven administrator to support financial planning and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of site-level budgets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with site managers, partner sub-consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budget forecasts for consultancy fees and sub-contractor works across multiple projects, in partnership with site managers and external consultants.
  • Monitor budgets on an ongoing basis, reconciling actual vs. forecast spend, identifying variances, and raising concerns early.
  • Support site managers in effectively managing and understanding their site-level budgets.
  • Produce and issue monthly and ad-hoc budget updates for clients, providing clear commentary where required.
  • Manage data input using bespoke database systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Take minutes at meetings and assist with broader project and business administration tasks.
