TEP Appointed To Procure Partnerships Framework

TEP has been successfully appointed to the Procure Partnerships Framework Professional Services Agreement. Out of more than 400 individual practices that applied to tender, TEP’s Landscape Architects have been selected as suppliers for the North Wales, North East and East Midlands regions. The Procure Partnerships framework will run for the next four years and provide public sector bodies with flexible options to facilitate their projects.

The Procure Partnerships Framework was established to support public sector bodies to procure contract partners. The framework is divided into 11 geographic regions, supporting the framework values of local delivery with national governance. It also provides professional services in 11 disciplines:

  • Architectural Design
  • Landscape Architectural Design
  • Project Management
  • Structural Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying
  • MEP Design
  • Building Surveying
  • Principle Designer
  • Fire Engineering
  • Sustainability and Environmental

Robbie Blackhurst, Procure Partnerships Framework Director commented: “It was important to us that our supplier partners have demonstrable experience of delivering across all public sub sectors. This attracted 20% of the total evaluation which has meant that we have suppliers who have outstanding experience of delivering Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Blue Light projects within their specific allotted geographies”

TEP’s experience in these regions is wide ranging and includes our Heathlands project in Buckley North Wales. TEP designed and implemented a detailed restoration scheme to enable the infilling of the unsafe lagoon, the re-vegetation of the moonscape landscape and conversion to a multi-pond nature reserve. The scheme also won the Landscape Institute’s Award for Science Management and Stewardship.

Our town centre masterplans for Harborough District Council are currently ongoing. TEP is producing masterplans for Lutterworth and Market Harborough in the East Midlands, to establish a ‘road map’ for the future sustainability of the town centres. TEP is engaging with local businesses to establish the most effective way to enhance the future role and function of the town centres through branding and physical improvements.

As part of a joint venture, we also work with Homes England on several of their North East projects, one of which is Wealstun in Wetherby. TEP helped secure outline consent for 142 dwellings as part of the Accelerated Construction programme. We provided masterplanning and town planning services including planning statement, design and access statement, ecology and arboriculture surveys; in addition to pre-application discussions, community consultation and engagement with the Parish Councils.

TEP is delighted to have been selected and look forward to working with Procure Partnerships in the not so distant future.
