ABOUT

TEP is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy with a track record of over 10,000 successful projects across the UK and Ireland. We provide independent, high-quality advice in planning, design and environmental services, working with clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Our expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and site selection, through planning, design and assessment, to delivery and long-term stewardship. We support clients with planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies, green infrastructure frameworks, and sustainability reporting, helping to balance development needs with environmental stewardship.

Our team blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative spirit, helping to shape places that are sustainable, inclusive, and resilient. We’re proud to be trusted by over 300 clients each year, including National agencies, local authorities, developers, housing associations and infrastructure providers.

Salford City Council re Worsley Delph

A very pro-active and customer focussed company.

Homes and Communities Agency re our long-term landscape management consultancy

This is an excellent piece of work. The proposals are very appropriate and should result in great improvements to the accessibility and quality of experience at Bedgebury; there will be strong policy support.

David Scully

Landscape and Biodiversity Officer, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

TEP’s team has provided excellent support through the six years of the project. The scheme (a long linear project over 57km and several local authority boundaries) required environmental surveys in quite challenging timescales. One of the team’s strengths has been stakeholder engagement throughout the period.
