Our RTPI qualified planning team provides expert support across all stages of the planning process, from early feasibility and site promotion to discharging conditions and completing legal agreements. We prepare robust planning applications and supporting documents, including Design and Access Statements, and manage consultations with confidence.

Our planners bring extensive experience in complex projects, particularly those with significant environmental considerations. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, we ensure timely submissions and maintain consistency across all technical outputs, enabling prompt validation and high-quality application packs.


Our service combines technical rigour with collaborative working to deliver successful, sustainable development outcomes.

We coordinate the full Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, including screening, scoping, and the preparation of Environmental Statements and Non-Technical Summaries. Our EIA portfolio covers large-scale residential, leisure, and industrial schemes. TEP is a registered Environmental Impact Assessor with the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), and holds a Quality Mark for excellence.

Stakeholder engagement is central to our approach. We facilitate meaningful dialogue with communities and consultees to ensure proposals are inclusive, deliverable, and aligned with statutory requirements.
