About The Role

Based in either our Warrington, Market Harborough or Gateshead office, the role will support projects nationally. The role is suitable for office or ‘hybrid working’ with time spent working from home in addition to attending our offices. 


Our procurement service is well established and has always been a core part of our business. The role sits within our Land Management team which has grown steadily to deliver a broad range of projects for a diverse client base including government agencies, local authorities, developers and charitable trusts. We work cross discipline with other teams providing valuable experience across TEP.


What You’ll Be Doing 

The role will involve working in a supporting role as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering Land Management projects to a diverse client base. We are keen to hear from organised and enthusiastic individuals who can work to strict timescales.


You will have strong communication and administrative skills and be proficient in MS Office. 

As a Procurement Administrator you will be welcomed into our friendly and supportive team. You will deal with a range of tenders including support in:


  • Preparation and issuing of tender documents;
  • Responding to contractor queries;
  • Evaluating responses;
  • Managing relationships with suppliers; 
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance; and
  • Assessing and managing contractor compliance. 

What We Are Looking For

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, with A-levels, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good judgement while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain knowledge of contract procedures and procurement legislation.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and a strong team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
