You will work closely with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and delivery partners to plan work, coordinate inputs and provide practical advice. - Leading ecology and multi-disciplinary projects from set up through to delivery.
- Managing project programmes, budgets, resources, risks and reporting in a clear and organised way.

- Using your knowledge of ecology, legislation, planning policy and assessment processes to guide practical project decisions.
- Reviewing work and supporting quality, consistency and clear advice across project teams.
- Contributing to bids, project reviews and business planning.
- Coaching and supporting colleagues, sharing learning and helping others develop.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from people who can bring a thoughtful, organised and collaborative approach to project leadership. You may have gained your experience in consultancy, client side, public sector or another relevant setting. We are looking for:
- Degree or recognised qualification in ecology, environmental science, project management or another related discipline.
- Strong experience in ecology project delivery, including more complex projects or workstreams.
- Good working knowledge of UK ecology legislation, planning policy, ecological assessment and best practice.
- A clear and organised approach to managing time, budgets, resources, quality and risk.
- Experience of creating and using Power BI reports, or similar project reporting systems, would be desirable.
- Confidence working with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and project partners.
- The ability to make sound decisions, solve problems and communicate clearly.
- A supportive approach to mentoring, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues succeed.
