About The Role

This is an opportunity to join our Landscape Design team in London. We create thoughtful, nature-led designs for urban and natural environments, delivering sustainable, high-quality landscapes that restore natural systems, enrich communities, support regeneration, and promote healthier, more resilient places.


Our work ranges from large-scale landscape strategies and concept design to detailed design and delivery across projects such as:


  • parks and country parks
  • visitor destinations
  • public spaces
  • residential and commercial landscapes
  • urban greening
  • habitat restoration

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Developing landscape strategies and designs with the wider team
  • Preparing illustrated reports and drawings 
  • Working collaboratively with others, including external consultants, and clients
  • Attending site visits and project meetings
  • Engaging with our in-house specialists, including ecohydrology, arboriculture, ecology and planning.

What We Are Looking For

  • A landscape architect with Chartered status with the Landscape Institute
  • At least four years relevant experience in the UK
  • A creative designer who can develop and communicate ideas clearly
  • Strong planting knowledge and enthusiasm for resilient landscapes
  • Strong interest in the natural environment
  • Good understanding of the UK planning system
  • Confident producing graphics and sketch visuals
  • Able to write clear, well-structured design reports
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Competent in AutoCAD; 3D modelling/visualisation desirable.
