Anne Pritchard

Anne Pritchard is an Associate Director and manages the Ecology team jointly with Andy Nyul. She is a highly experienced ecologist specialising in complex projects that require significant consultation, negotiation and regulatory oversight across mixed-use, residential and infrastructure schemes throughout the UK.

Anne leads multidisciplinary teams and provides expertise in Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA), Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), stakeholder engagement and ecological legislation. Her key areas of interest are in botany (FISC Level 4) and habitats including the use of a wide range of survey techniques to gather baseline data, as well as habitat creation and management with respect to BNG and landscape scale nature recovery. Anne is a Chartered Environmentalist and full member of CIEEM.
