Anne Pritchard is an Associate Director and highly experienced ecologist specialising in complex projects that require significant consultation, negotiation and regulatory oversight across mixed-use, residential and infrastructure schemes throughout the UK and overseas.
Anne leads multidisciplinary teams and provides expertise in Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA), Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA), stakeholder engagement and ecological legislation. She is particularly interested in biodiversity net gain, green infrastructure, habitats and botany, with survey experience including Phase 1 habitat surveys, NVC, hedgerows, river corridors and protected species. Anne is a Chartered Environmentalist and full member of CIEEM.
