Colin Bourne

Colin Bourne is an Associate Director and Geospatial team lead, providing mapping, spatial analysis and digital innovation support across the business. With more than 20 years’ consultancy experience, he has worked across planning, forestry and environmental management projects, delivering high-quality GIS and cartographic solutions for a wide range of clients.

Colin specialises in spatial analysis, mobile data capture and interactive web-based mapping systems, helping to improve and streamline the way environmental data is collected, interpreted and communicated. He has extensive knowledge of GIS software and hardware capabilities and plays a key role in developing innovative digital tools that support informed decision-making across TEP’s services.
