Darren Bennett

Darren Bennett is an Associate Director, Team Manager, Operating Area Manager and Managing Agent within TEP’s Northeast office. Darren is Deputy Director for the Homes England Non-Commercial Property Management Services Framework. He plays a key role in the delivery and development of TEP’s Managing Agent service, overseeing a large national portfolio of public sector land on behalf of Homes England.

With more than 20 years’ experience in arboriculture, land and estates management and consultancy, Darren works closely with clients to manage land and property assets through acquisition, de-risking, holding and transfer. His experience spans practical arboriculture, high risk land management, contracts management, business development and consultancy, bringing a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to complex land management challenges.
