Elizabeth Plumpton

Elizabeth Plumpton is an Associate Land Management Consultant with over 18 years’ experience delivering landscape services. She plays a key role in the management of large and complex landholdings as Operating Area Manager for the northwest land portfolio through the Homes England Non-Commercial Property Management Services Framework.

Elizabeth is also Service Lead for Risk Management, overseeing bespoke data management systems and monitoring survey outputs. She works closely with Homes England Estates Managers, providing project coordination to ensure thorough service delivery. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and understanding of landscape management and health and safety processes help ensure effective long-term stewardship and informed decision-making. Elizabeth holds a BSc in Geography, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Rights of Way and Access Management, and holds the NEBOSH Construction Certificate, as well as leadership and management qualifications.
