Elizabeth Seal is a company Director with responsibility for TEP’s Ecology and Heritage services, bringing strategic leadership and technical authority to this area of the business. A Chartered Environmentalist and full member of CIEEM, Liz combines a strong scientific background in mammal ecology with consultancy experience gained since 2004, following earlier research roles at the Universities of Oxford, Adelaide and Arizona.


Alongside her leadership role, Liz advises on projects across the utilities, residential, commercial, public and NGO sectors, with expertise in Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA), Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA), mitigation design, protected species licensing and stakeholder consultation. She also delivers training for clients and project teams.
