Helen Ryan

Helen Ryan is Head of People, Quality and Development at TEP, where she champions a positive, inclusive culture and helps create an environment in which people and teams can do their best work. Drawing on extensive experience leading people functions across a range of sectors, Helen works closely with leaders across the business to develop strategies that strengthen engagement, performance, wellbeing, and sustainable organisational success. 

A trusted advisor with a collaborative approach, she is passionate about developing talent, building high-performing cultures, and helping individuals and organisations realise their potential. Helen holds a degree in Human Ecology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and a school governor.
