Ian Grimshaw is a founding Director of TEP and a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Landscape Architect with extensive experience in environmental planning, landscape assessment and development strategy. He established TEP following consultancy experience in the private sector and played a leading role in shaping the practice’s multidisciplinary services.
Ian specialises in environmental planning feasibility, securing consents for large and complex developments, and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. His work includes landscape and environmental impact assessment, stakeholder consultation and strategic planning advice across a wide range of projects. He has also presented expert evidence on planning and landscape matters at numerous public inquiries and hearings.
