Juan Murray

Juan Murray is an Associate Director, who manages the Environmental Planning team. He has more than 18 years’ experience across the Planning and EIA sectors. He specialises in town and environmental planning, infrastructure projects and the coordination of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) across residential, commercial, leisure and infrastructure developments.

Juan has extensive experience managing planning applications, project promotion and post-consent support, helping clients navigate projects from initial consent through to construction and operation. He has detailed knowledge of infrastructure planning regulations, including the Electricity Act, TCPA and permitted development processes, and has prepared numerous Section 78 appeals and provided expert witness evidence for Compulsory Purchase Order inquiries.
