Katie Shilcock

Katie Shilcock is a company Director with responsibility for business operations, playing a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency and high standards that underpin TEP’s work. She works closely with teams across the practice to support training, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Katie also oversees TEP’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering quality, environmental management and health and safety, and helping to ensure the business maintains external accreditations and strong operational standards. Alongside her operational leadership role, Katie brings a strong understanding of environmental planning and sustainable development.
