Kerry Stead-Cundale

Associate - Ecology

Kerry Stead-Cundale is an Associate Ecologist and Assistant Team Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in ecological consultancy, survey management and project delivery. She leads complex ecological programmes across infrastructure, multidisciplinary and large-scale development projects, with expertise in protected species surveys, ecological impact assessment, Biodiversity Net Gain and habitat assessment.


Kerry is one of TEP’s Great Crested Newt (GCN) experts, and leads TEP’s GCN licensing, providing technical guidance and training across the ecology team. She also supports team development and quality assurance and is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
