Louise Hogan

Louise Hogan is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, with experience across the chemical, biotech, dental, manufacturing, telecommunications, and education sectors.

Before joining TEP, Louise spent five years managing health and safety within a biotechnology research organisation at Alderley Park, Cheshire. She has a proven track record in leading health and safety management, applying proportionate and practical risk-based approaches, and working collaboratively across teams to enhance engagement, performance, and regulatory compliance. Louise is committed to fostering an open, psychologically safe culture in which colleagues feel confident engaging with health and safety and sharing their experiences. She is also experienced in developing and delivering safety training and coaching that supports competence, consistency, and positive safety behaviours.
