Nicola Hancock

Nicola Hancock is a company Director with responsibility for TEP’s Landscape Design, Arboriculture and Environmental Planning services, and for the management of TEP’s London office. A Chartered Landscape Architect with more than 20 years’ experience, she leads teams and supports clients on complex development and infrastructure projects with a creative, practical approach.

Nicola’s experience includes landscape, townscape and visual assessment, multidisciplinary project leadership, and appearances as an expert witness at DCO hearings and Local Development Plan inquiries. She served on the Landscape Institute Awards Committee for 10 years and supports future professionals through the LI Pathway to Chartership.
