Paul Bennison

Paul is an Associate Landscape Manager and Chartered Landscape Architect with more than 35 years’ experience in landscape architecture, urban design, and land and estates management. At TEP, he works across a diverse range of assets, including urban parks, regeneration schemes, vacant property portfolios, business and industrial sites, and former mining landscapes.

Paul brings extensive expertise in landscape appraisal, urban design, landscape management, and stakeholder engagement, helping clients develop practical, deliverable solutions to complex site challenges. His collaborative approach, combined with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary project delivery, enables him to successfully lead projects involving public consultation, client organisations, and wider stakeholder groups.
