Stuart Burke

Stuart Burke is an Associate Director and leads the Homes England Land and Risk Management Consultancy across the Midlands region. He holds the NEBOSH Construction Certificate, achieved in 2025, and provides technical oversight of land management, works procurement, and service delivery. Stuart works closely with Estate Managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

With over 18 years at TEP, Stuart has progressed from Graduate Land Surveyor to a senior leadership role, gaining extensive experience in multidisciplinary project coordination and estate management. He specialises in delivering complex land and property projects that require input from multiple technical disciplines, ensuring successful outcomes from initial survey through to implementation. His background in Geography and GIS underpins a practical, solutions-focused approach to project management and client service.
