Stuart Burke is an Associate Director and manager of the Homes England Land and Risk Management Consultancy within the Midlands region. Stuart provides technical input and oversight on land management, works procurement and service delivery.
With over 15 years’ experience at TEP, Stuart has progressed from graduate land surveyor to senior leadership, developing extensive experience in multidisciplinary project coordination. He specialises in managing complex land and estate management projects requiring input from multiple technical disciplines, ensuring effective delivery from survey through to implementation. Stuart’s background in geography and GIS supports his practical, solutions-focused approach to project management and client service.
