Tom Popplewell is an Associate Arboricultural Consultant and Professional Member of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, specialising in planning-related arboriculture. He advises on trees within development sites, helping clients balance development objectives with the protection and long-term management of valuable tree assets.
Tom’s expertise includes BS 5837 assessments, tree protection strategies, arboricultural impact assessment, mitigation design and specialist advice relating to veteran trees and ancient woodland. Alongside project delivery, he mentors colleagues, manages project teams and supports technical quality across the arboriculture service.
